Amatsu - Japanese Natural Therapy is ideal for helping your body to regain and retain its natural posture and balance. Often described as Japanese osteopathy, an Amatsu treatment (known as a 'balance') involves the gentle toning of ligaments and tissue to release tension and toxins, and correct imbalances caused by strain, injury, prolonged bad posture or poor diet. I also practise Body Harmony® having qualified in Mexico in 2006.
