The Martinstown Centre nestles in the Kildare country side on a farm. It is a natural, peaceful place. It is a safe place. No-one judges you. Martinstown Holistic Centre offers therapies and an extensive range of holistic courses and workshops. It also offers therapy rooms and self-catering accommodation. Martinstown Holistic Centre is a peaceful place, an environment where people can heal themselves. Through individual therapy and Healing Workshops, you will be guided through a journey of self discovery, to remove the obstacles in your way.

The Martinstown Centre nestles in the Kildare country side on a farm and is a place of great peace and tranquillity .

The ‘Saoicht Arsa’ Therapy Building, which means ‘Ancient Wisedom’, is the Centre of Healing. It is a very old renovated stone building converted into various workshop rooms, therapy rooms and self-catering accommodation for up to 12 people. The Centre has a resting area for coffee breaks, lunches and quiet time. A local health food Café supplies freshly prepared lunches for people attending course at the Centre.

The gardens are beautifully kept and offer space for individuals to wander and have time for reflection. A significant feature of the grounds is a large ash tree which has been here for over two hundred years.

Martinstown is located in the heart of farming and the horse industry in the Curragh, Co. Kildare. The Centre is readily accessible from the M7 and M9 motorways, the main motor way heading south from Dublin.

Sinead is a registered instructor who works with individuals, therapists and community groups. Her courses are certified with each of the governing bodies within each discipline. Her co-sponsors are qualified Instructors, who share her high standards and vision of healing.
