I am a fully qualified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher. I work on the knowledge that we all have the answers within us, together we can work to find those answers, the path that is right for you. Through goal setting, affirmations and NLP techniques we will then work through any fears or self limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from realising your dreams. We all deserve to be happy. I also provide Reiki healing and teach Reiki attunements (Levels 1, 2 and 3). Reiki is a wonderful healing energy that balances the mind body and spirit so that we're literally free to feel lighter in a stress ridden society.

International Society of NLP, RMT, BSc from Trinity College Dublin. Member of the Reiki Federation of Ireland and the Association of Registered Complementary Health Therapists of Ireland (ARCHTI), and is fully compliant with all their guidelines and regulations.
