Sinead Sugrue is a fully qualified therapist and Instructor of Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), Reiki and Seichem Mastership, Angelic Balancing and Kinesiology Touch for Health. She is a Qualified Aromatherapist and Rebirther.

During a therapy session, Sinead guides you through a journey of self discovery, to let go of your old emotions, cellular memory and experiences that hold you back and begin to realise the vast peace within your being, your soul. She incorporates a number of treatments within a session using Kinesiology muscle testing to find your needs for that session. Each session can be one hour or one and a half hours long (2 hours for rebirthing)

Sinead has been working since 1998 with individuals, therapists and community groups. She is a Member of the Natural Healing Institute of Ireland, The British and Irish kinesiology Associations and an Associate Member of the British Complimentary Medicine Association.

The philosophy at Martinstown Holistic Centre, her Centre, is one of non-judgement, compassion, self responsibility and the power of intent. It is the framework for all therapies and teaching at the centre.
